  • BountyGuy Guide

BountyGuy is currently a discovery board. It helps visitors scan reward-based opportunities before deciding whether something is worth chasing.

    What you can do now

    • Browse featured bounty cards.
    • Search by title, description, tag, or organizer.
    • Filter by category, difficulty, and status.
    • Compare reward size, deadline, organizer, participants, and submissions.
    • Treat cards labeled as sample or generated as discovery examples, not verified user submissions.

    What is intentionally gated

Posting a bounty is not a real workflow yet. The button stays as a coming-soon gate so the site does not pretend to support payments, escrow, or submissions before those systems are ready.

    Good bounty checklist

    A useful bounty should include:

    • A clear outcome.
    • A reward amount or prize pool.
    • A deadline.
    • Evaluation criteria.
    • Required deliverables.
    • Payment or prize rules.
    • Whether it is online, local, or hybrid.

    Roadmap

    • Better live-source ingestion from public contests and hackathon pages.
    • Dedicated detail pages for each bounty.
    • Clear source labels for sample, generated, live-source, and user-submitted opportunities.
    • Safer posting and participation flows after the browse experience is useful enough.
